People are severely overestimating the differences between the worst NFL team and the best college team. Hell back in the day, college teams would play multiple games a week and win all of those games.
One advantage that the college guys would have is depth. What they would give up in skill, they would make up in rotating players. Jacksonville only has a handful of players that would even have a shot at starting on other teams while Bama has a few guys on the roster that could at least compete for the starting jobs on some squads.
That said, all depends on where it takes place, which rules, and how seriously each party takes it. Still wouldn't bet on the Tide though, but give Saban a month to prepare and who the frick knows.
