I got to see him first hand while playing at EDW. Us and Patterson battled it out every year for the District Championship. Dude was a freak starting as a 9th grader. They had a one two punch with Hillard and Butler. Butler was a man child as well but don't think he had it upstairs. I don't even think he went on to play college ball.

His senior year we were playing at EDW and he had 125 yards in the first quarter until he...errr we broke his ankle. Not proud of that but it was what it was back then.

but that's the truth most here are way too young to remember. That was 31 years ago! Many on here weren't born until the 90's. I know it's hard for old folks like us to realize how much time has gone by since out glory days. I of course will never forget Hilliard. My favorite LSU player.
