I was thinking divorce and running away with the kids, but then why is the other chick involved?

This is most likely the case. The final season will have the typical gang violence, but the major conflicts will center around the family. They're setting everything up for the Jax vs. CLay vs. Gemma vs. Tara vs. Wendy shitshow.

I thought Touric would last a lot longer. Really surprised he got killed so soon. Still great scene.

No idea what her ultimate goal is, but we do know -
-She is faking a pregnancy
-She is using Wendy to feed info to Gemma
-She is planning something more than just a divorce and fighting for custody if they are talking to Lowen about criminal activity witnessed by Tara and Wendy
I almost wonder if the whole "Wendy as a guardian" thing is an end around to get get Gemma and Jax in real legal trouble.
Let's say Gemma and Jax "find out" from Wendy that Tara is still planning to make Wendy the boy's legal guardian. Gemma and Jax decide to fight Tara legally. They go to court, in what seems to be just a custody issue. Wendy and Tara take the stand and instead of talking about only the custody issues, Lowen gets Wendy and Tara to testify under oath to illegalities they have witnessed.
While I know most of the male audience of SOA don't care for the Tara/Wendy storylines, I find this one to be pretty interesting.

I guess because once he became President, she realized he would never leave?
I think she always thought - stupidly - that she could get him to leave SAMCRO for her.
Plus, I think her getting arrested and facing prison time was the last straw.
She did that for Jax and the club and I don't think she ever dreamed she might actually get in real trouble, too.
Patching up hurt bikers at the clubhouse =/= accessing a prisoner through fraud and being an accessory to murder.
The fantasy of living an outlaw life hasn't matched up with the reality.

People are still trying to identify with Jax, even though it's obvious they're trying to convey his shift to Clay-like tendencies.

donal logue's shite character was old about 5 minutes into his first episode, glad they finally cut that shite out.
i guess it would be too much to ask for a gemma-tara murder suicide soon since the writer has to spend 35 minutes of every episode showing what a bad old biker bitch his wife is.

I think the issue is in the first 4 1/2 seasons he was kind of easy to root for. Since then though it seems he has no redeemable qualites at all. Come to think of it none of them really do. At this point I am actually rooting for Tara and for all of them to be killed off

It would also really take away from the intro to remove the portion of Gemma carressing her scarred up tittayyyys.
