Reggie, and it's not that close. He's bigger, stronger, and more versatile.
Did any of you see his long TD run Sunday? I don't think Sproles would be physically capable of something like that. For whatever reason Reggie wasn't as good as Sproles has been for the Saints though, whether he had growing pains and needed time to adjust or it was a usage issue

yeah reggie occasionally has a wow-run.. but since 2006 no other player in the entire NFL has more all purpose yards than sproles.. who is more durable all around..
it truly depends on what the make up of your team is. both players are in perfect situations now and I am happy for both./
