I'm guessing it's something written in Kree's language? In an earlier episode, Ward sees the same type of writings on a chalk board in a Russian lab. I think Garrett drew the same symbols in another episode. So maybe the blue serum connected their minds to the Supreme Intelligence? Possibly a formula for something?

really good episode- this tv series went from having no identity in the first part, to having a pretty damn good story in the second part.
