I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me when the NCAA gained the authority to punish football programs for criminal cases outside of their jurisdiction
Again what did these penalties accomplish? How did they help the victims? I don't care what Joe or the foremost AD and President did. Joe is dead and the other two are out of the program awaiting trial. So what does removing scholarships accomplish exactly?
