No way our defense holds them to 17. Out D is not close to 2011 or even 2012 levels.
meh, we haven't really played a QB like Aaron Murray this year. Sure, he can move a little. But, we don't have to worry about them running the spread. That alone will change our entire defensive attack. IMO, nothing we've seen about our defense can be projected into this game.

Our DEs don't have to worry about containment any more, along with our LBs. So, we'll be able to attack more. Better pressure on the QB is going to make our DBs look way better too.

We're going to shock people and dominate with our D.

I agree with all of this.

You say this, but UGA hasn't faced a QB like Mett this year either. Connor Shaw and Tajh Boyd are two of the best running QBs in college football and Mett is a complete statue. There were quite a few plays where Shaw escaped pressure and made a big play on third down, and Mett won't be able to do that.

Also, while the top of LSU's receiving core is great and better than UGA's, UGA has a much deeper receiving core. Landry and Beckham have a combined 44 catches, the next closest receiver has 3. And no one has a receiving touchdown besides Beckham and Landry. UGA has 5 players with at least 7 catches and 6 players have receiving touchdowns for them, and this is all in one less game than LSU.
