All serial numbers match that much I am certain of. Already checked that, sounds like I may have a really valuable gun. Pretty neat.
It helps a lot to know the factory could re barrel the gun and put the same serial numbers on it that helps a lot with the id of the serial number.

No the owner was from Gretna, LA. He was a very liked and loved man, gone for a year and still missed daily.
