If you're gonna be bringing fish back to BSL, you better have a ms license.

That's what I thought too, but someone told me that there is some sort of agreement between the states that allows you to pass through, but how do they know for sure you caught the fish in LA and not MS?

Gaston is correct- I have a house in BSL- have confirmed with Mississippi green jeans.
