he is a Cuban Master Cigar Roller and used to train people in the Cohiba factory.
Here is the fact on BRANDS:
They are rolled and placed in warehouses, then fumigated with pesticides every 90 days or so.
By the time you buy the cigars in the store, they could be 2- 8 years old (zapped 4 times a year w/ pesticides, do the math).
