Just as ridiculous to look into someone's eye and say "hey, you know what you're doing." I'm not saying lets go give the gov't all our personal info. I'm saying lets sacrifice 2-3 hours a couple times in our lives to help increase the amount of firearm education in our society.

I suggest a child must have those 2-3 hours under their belt every year in order to be promoted to the next grade.
