while I tell all my clients that it is probably best to avoid bones because I don't want to be the one who said it was ok then something went wrong. I will give my dog a long bone from a deer and sometimes a bone from a pork shoulder. Just take it from them when it starts getting small. I have seen intestinal perforations from chicken bones and also rib bones but its not common. They can also get obstructions if they swallow large pieces. The more common problem is vomiting and diarrhea. Again not going to happen to every dog but prevention is the best treatment.

doesn't matter, dog hides it in the woods.

Right? Yall have a had that happen, the check out stand real bone dog bone at tractor supply. You think, frick it, my dog will love this. You get home, give it to your dog, and it hides it in the woods and then comes back to the porch, never to see the bone again.

If I could speak to my dog it would be to say this: If you chew on this shite I would never have to even consider your dental care.
