Steel cut oats in the crockpot overnight with apples, raisins, cranberries and spices, add walnuts, maple syrup and flax meal before serving. Good too with peaches, blueberries, whatever is in season.
Blend 2 cups of spinach, some cucumber, minced ginger, an avocado, a mango, 4 slices of pineapple, lemon and lime juice and some green tea for energy and anti-inflammatory properties. Two servings.
