Quick Synopses of New TV Shows - What can you come up with?

Knowing that Breaking Bad is about to end and Mad Men will end soon and that Game of Thrones is based on already written novels, it seems like TV stations are running out of good ideas. AMC will feature a 2nd Walking Dead show and also a Breaking Bad spinoff show.
If history is any indicator, neither show will be successful .
So if you had an unlimited (but be reasonable) budget, what kind of show would you create?

Some sort of sitcom with Michael Keaton. That's as far as I've gotten on my idea yet, but so far it's gold. To me at least.

James Vanderbeek stars in a new sitcom where he plays 3 triplets that after college all live together in an apartment in Milwaukee next door to their landlord, played by Chevy Chase, and their female neighbors, played by Rebel Wilson, the girl from Sarah Connor Chronicles, and insert no name pretty blond girl whose smarter than all the guys has a confident no excuses attitude can do anything and can never find a man. Oh, and the army of Vanderbeeks all work for a brewery owned by Will Wheeton (where Rebel is the HR manager). And they hang out at the bar downstairs managed by insert aging television star from the 80s whose career has been over for so long you forgot he existed until seeing him in this pilot episode.
