I said that they followed the rules, which is true. Notice that the Pac-12 didn't cite any rule that the officials failed to follow. They more or less are saying that the officials should have been quicker ("high standard").

If Wisconsin hadn't blown the game, they wouldn't have to rely on the officials' "standard."
