Running the ball on the play right before the 2-minutes warning does little as far as the clock is concerned; it was a good call because the chargers were probably expecting the run since it was Foles first play.
And running on third and 10 is definitely settling for the FG

I'm talking about 1st and 2nd down.
They not only used any timeouts during that drive in one where Vick was out for that second down play, but left entirely way too much time on the clock.
Chip Kelly mismanaged the time left and his timeouts.
