There's been an arrest made. Thing is that they are able to post bail pretty quick, so the second after they get popped, they're right back out on bail. And I'm sure the court case isn't anytime soon.

Bail can be denied if it can be shown the person is a threat to the public or particular individuals. What was the arrest for? And how many arrested?
