Doesn't matter. Wisconsin wasn't set when the clock hit 0. Had they been set earlier, the official would have set the ball earlier, and nothing you can say will prove otherwise.

You don't have a good argument. What you don't understand is that nothing that you're saying matters. Wisconsin was not prepared to snap the ball in time, so they lost. It's over.

And the officials did not have the ball ready for play in time, they botched it by taking an inordinate amount of time given the situation.
