Play ended at 15. 11 seconds later is 4. Umpire got to the ball at 12, which is what we were discussing. 11 seconds later is 1. Video clearly shows he didn't move off the ball until there was 1 second remaining.
You don't have a good argument. What you don't understand is that nothing that you're saying matters. Wisconsin was not prepared to snap the ball in time, so they lost. It's over.
