I'm sure you have attended dozens of officiating clinics, taken the mechanics test, and probably are a certified instructor. But, tell us how there was 4 seconds left for Wisconsin to spike the ball (your words) when the U is stopping the center from addressing the ball (he's over the ball with his arm out) and the clock shows 2 seconds? Changing facts to fit your opinion is weak....

FYI two college officials I know disagree on this, and they're saying that there's quite a debate in the officiating community. Letter of the rule vs. spirit of the rule type of thing.
