You're terrible at math or just can't keep track of your terrible argument any more. You said he got to the ball after weaving through people, he did fine, etc. He got there with 12 seconds left. He then dicked around with the ASU players for several seconds, even stopping to say something to the one who wasn't even on the ground at one point, and then he marked the ball for play with one second left. That's 11 seconds. He botched it, there is no other way around it.
Doesn't matter. Wisconsin wasn't set and didn't snap the ball in time, so they lose.
Also, that three second rule isn't in effect here. That's a rule for when the clock starts after a first down, which was not the case here.

because the asu players were delaying the game and the refs didn't know what was going on

Umpire got to the ball at 12, which is what we were discussing. 11 seconds later is 1. Video clearly shows he didn't move off the ball until there was 1 second remaining. He botched it, get over yourself.

This is hilarious. Perhaps you will cite this "3 second rule" for us. Rule....Section....Subsection is ???
