Doesn't matter. Wisconsin wasn't set and didn't snap the ball in time, so they lose.

Also, that three second rule isn't in effect here. That's a rule for when the clock starts after a first down, which was not the case here.

because the asu players were delaying the game and the refs didn't know what was going on

Umpire got to the ball at 12, which is what we were discussing. 11 seconds later is 1. Video clearly shows he didn't move off the ball until there was 1 second remaining. He botched it, get over yourself.

This is hilarious. Perhaps you will cite this "3 second rule" for us. Rule....Section....Subsection is ???
