At the risk of carrying on what should be squashed and dead right now simply because it doesn't really matter, what, pray tell, are you talking about? I hardly ever post on this board. Where are you getting that I love to argue and can't be reasoned with? I've been told off by a senior contributor on this board already. I already apologized to JC for what apparently crossed the line from funny to offensive. I'm done arguing.

I guess this post may sort of prove your point, but I'm honestly curious where you are getting this belief from. It seems unfounded.

Sexiest post in the history of the Fark Board.

JC enjoying the new sound system.
ESPN has now picked up the phenomenon of what is the legend of JC. True tiger fan though-no doubt about that.

I'm gonna jump in and follow LSUFreek's post about mean-spirited posts on this board in hopes that now that Freek has spoken, others will listen.

I see people posting on here about fat cheerleaders, ugly kids, etc. Why? So you can laugh? So you can try to make others laugh? At what expense?

Just the mere possibility that, for example, a cheerleader, who a poster is pointing out is overweight, gets told to visit this board will see the cruelty in the worse sense. These what you'd consider no-name people you are mocking could be traumatized for your feeble attempt to laugh. Why is that worth it?

And then I see people posting pictures of little kids with bad haircuts, mocking them. Seriously? When did an adult making fun of an 8 year old become funny? I don't care if it's the parents fault that aided in getting that child its bad haircut. It's flat out cruel to mock him/her and shows the levels of cruelty some posters in this community can go to for a simple laugh.

Freek's example of what is funny and what is not funny hit it spot on. You don't need to be on a soapbox to make or understand these points. You just need to have empathy for those you're mocking and imagine if they saw your cruel comments, how would they react?

Let's not fall into the trap of positioning anyone here as the morality leader of this board. I have no problem whatsoever with putting Freek at the top of the farking chain here because the guy flat out deserves it. However, comments such as "now that Freek has spoken..." seem to indicate a positioning of everyone else as being on lower levels (not relating to farking abilities).

As for humor, I, personally, pretty much take the Trey Parker and Matt Stone approach - either it is all okay or nothing is okay. If someone posts a pic of a little kid in a soccer uniform, asks this board for a personal request and I then fark that kid in the bucket (from the source pic of the little black kid holding the watermelon in the bucket), that's the humor and cleverness of farking - changing the physical natures of pics (to often create absurd situations).

If people want me to stop such "insensitive" farking, then fine...but I'll also stop putting in my free time (so givingly while asking nothing in return) on satisfying personal requests here.

Not what my intentions were at all. I was merely saying that Freek is highly respected on this board (well deserved, as you indicated). So when another person says something, it can get ignored rather easily. When Freek says it, everyone listens. I agreed with Freek and basically said the same thing I've said in previous posts when insensitivity and cruelty are peaking.

And I wasn't saying all kids aren't farkable. Given the circumstance, the pose, the facial expression, you can fark a picture of a kid and still not make fun of that kid for something he/she can't help. Your examples are legit. But not too long ago I saw a thread with MSU cheerleaders and calling them fat, and in the past Florida gator cheerleaders being ugly, and Arkansas or Bama kids with bad haircuts, and really cruel comments followed afterwards. That's what I'm referring.

This is the most egotistical obnoxiously self serving thread i've ever read on tiger droppings. There's a thread with 1600 plus posts ripping into this kid and a fat joke sets these people off.

We only care for your health JC. Keepin making dem weights say YE-YE

Bastard. I was with a group of new friends (non-TD'ers) when I said out loud "HA! That was JC." Then I had to explain to them and make em say YE YE.

now that is classic. However, I knew ole boy would stay the whole game. Heart of a champion when there is twenty four people left in the stadium.

I think the two in the front row stole his thunder trying to dance. I keep watching them over and over and the dude looks like he just had an orgasm in his spine. It reminds me of Mark Madsen at the Lakers celebration.

JC needs to make them say yeye.
