The WR Mills was covering against TCU had 0 catches on the night and Mills had a pick in that game.

Too bad the one from UAB blew right past him for one.

Oh no, he gave up a long pass play. He sucks. He should never play at LSU.

Typical tard LSU fan response.

I think Mills will be fine.

Yes, this is trending towards a smaller defense right now. I think Welter will be replaced.

I think Beckwith will play mostly DE, not LB.

I think Kwon, Lamin, Tahj, LLouis, Debo will see most of the snaps.

We are also going to be light at the other CB spot because of the freshmen that will likely bump Collins a lot for playing time.

We all know Chavis will never sacrifice speed for size. What I think he's trying to do now is find that right mix of aggressiveness, ability to shed blocks, and ability to recognize the play. The young guys are better than some of the older guys at all of that except the latter. That will take time.

LSU is gearing up, imo, to beat A&M with speed and aggressiveness. They will take their chances with Bama this year with that "light" defense against Bama's traditional offense because LSU's offense has a better chance at keeping pace than in years past. Just my opinion.

I remember Mo Claiborne giving up a bomb for a TD against Florida. It happens.
