While i would never want to live in the middle east. It is a peninsula. It is surrounded by water on 3 sides. Well 4 if you count the Mediterranean side.
Iran has water on two sides. So i dont think there is one country in the middle east that is land locked.

Afghanistan, and some might argue for Armenia. But yeah, there's actually plenty of beachfront property available in the M.E.
