The tube in Brussels smelled like what I imagine Mexico's version of a WWF locker room would smell like. And in my experience, 75% of the people (to be fair, mostly immigrants) had never seen a pair of scissors or a razor in their lifetimes.

brussels is aight, antwerp is nice and the college towns like genk,gent and hasslet are where its at
