thanks for the responses.
I guess i havent been able to find anything that showed specifically how to do it and when it came in the mail it was just the 3 tools and hey said something about a taper and a tap.
It also didnt come with the coil looking part.
My one question was that if i had to take the block apart or just drill the plug out and then rethread it. One thing i read said that the shavings would ruin it and others said that they would just blow out.
