Well, at least his last name is amicable-agreeable.

His grandparents were Roman and he plays it up to the hilt.

He manages the assets in the trust funds of various NBA and MLB players?

I know he does for a few (Garnett for example which came out when Garnett expressed interest in investing in Roma when he retires and shows up for a match here and there) but I think Pallotta's dealings must be all over the place since he's seemingly one of the bigger trust fund guys around.

The main connection with the Celtics and Red Sox is that Pallotta's minor partners in Roma also own the Celtics and Red Sox (along with Liverpool).

Pallotta succeeding with some of his plans at Roma could be a huge boon for Serie A. The main reason is that it's so geared toward stadium revenue, marketing in Asia, corporate partners. None of this is my preferred reality but it's reality nonetheless and what Serie A (along with La Liga) will have to "catch up" on to not be fricked completely by the EPL financially in the next few years.

I think that Singaporean (Peter Lim) is still dicking around with Valencia. Let´s hope something good happens for them.

I hope so. I'm so tired of seeing all these clubs like Valencia (that are maybe a notch down but should be competitive with the richest clubs) having to sell their best players year after year.

bah, Málaga was fricked by a rat bastard Arab. How the frick do you do what you do (not inject cash), after seeing where they got in the CL with a ragtag mock-up (in spite of Fernando Hierro already bailing ship, as he knew. He knew)?

I feel sorry for Pelle, Isco, Joaquín, Hierro, etc.

Damn, just damn.

That club is STILL a prime target. It´s got all the attributes one needs to succeed.
