I own a Redfield and now own a Nikon Prostaff. I picked up the Prostaff for my new 17 WSM. The Prostaff was actually cheaper than the Redfield. All that being said I would take a previous poster's advice and save a little more dough if I were putting a scope on a big game rifle.
