Neither of those are bad ideas at all, but I'm thinking more along the lines of something you could make a decent living at.
I know that with lawn service it is certainly possible if you do a great job, meet the right connections for commercial jobs, etc.. However that has to be a tough one to really break into because every other person I know seems to be in the lawn care business or has a family member who is.

A mobile detailer got in good with the receptionists at my building and they email the entire office the day before they are coming. The next day people come in and leave their keys at the front desk. Like $35 a pop with interior wipe.
