I am a fairly old guy within a very large global business with a large base in Louisiana
Would you care to tell us what your 'fairly large global business' is?
I'm going to say no, you won't.
And for all these young Tiger Fans (which is the best fan to be), tell them what YOU (the fairly large global business man) would do if you lost out on a huge contract to another bidder.
Would you go out and wish them bad luck on Twitter?
WIsh them Injury (which is what I have been complaining about)?
Would your clients EVER give you another bid if you acted out like some of the fans here on this board have?
_____________No______________
They would assume that you are 20 years old, and inherited your dad's company; they would assume that you'd cry like a bitch, every time you lost a bid; and your company would go down faster than Miley Cyrus did on whoever that boyband kid was.
Furthermore, what would you say to your customers if your competitor lost a bid and acted out? You'd be laughing all the way to the bank because no one would ever give them any amount of business or respect, ever again.
I never said that I want him to be successful. I said that I wish him, good, but limited, luck. He goes where he wants and we go out and get who we want.
Keep it classy for God's sake.
