Talked to a buddy of mine who works for TAF, he said it won't reach 100,000 but they'll call it 100,000.

Mark Ewing mentioned this on Inside LSU Football this past week. Seems like they're adding just under 7,000 seats, putting the capacity slightly over 99,000.
