No. He's 3 years removed from high school. He can go pro after this year.

3 years removed from high school is all that matters, bud.

Hill does not have to stay. He sat out a year. The rule says you can enter the NFL draft 3 yrs after you graduate high school. He will be eligible.

Hill sat out a year after high school then enrolled a year later. He was in the same class as Kenny Hilliard. He can leave after this season.
