I could be mistaken but I think the version that you get with ps+ isn't actually the full version. I'm not trying to start shite. I could be wrong. But I think I remember reading that somewhere. I'm just too lazy to look it up. Lol.

You're correct. It doesn't have all the tracks / cars.

Basically minus a small DLC.
