You going to need to spray inside and outside every 24 hrs. I believe fleas lay eggs and they hatch every 24 hrs. I am not an exterminator, but you need some strong poison and a pressure sprayer. Also get some of that shite you can connect to the water hose outside for the yard. Also, spray the yard a couple days in a row. I believe you can also get some granules that can be applied with a spreader. Basically, you need to kill them inside and outside. Then treat all the animals....good luck.
