You only have to get one car in the tow truck. Make sure to drop it off in the same spot where you picked up the tow truck

Depending on which character you are the missions show up as the first letter in their name. Go to the corresponding checkpoint

Has anyone seen if they included the La Brea Tar Pits in the game? Was driving around looking for them and having seen them yet...I know they were trying to make the map very similar to LA.

What the hell! I can change characters? Ive been rolling around as this black dude and been doing BS side missions constantly. nothing has been popping up

Just look at the map and whatever letters are green are Franklins missions. Once You meet Michael first then you can start switching
