Did anyone notice Mettenberger's reaction to his touchdown?

He was more concerned about Trai Turner being injured than celebrating. Outstanding team player.

Sure he was. Turner is one of the guys who keeps him upright! Lol

I'm assuming Trai is fine? I haven't heard much about his injury since game ended.

Our O-Line is looking damn strong this year.

I did notice that - he has matured into a senior captain. It is a very good sign - and, as well respected as TCU's defense is, I feel better that we handled them fairly well on the field, if not on the scoreboard.
I did not notice a whole lot of happy feet, either. He had to move a couple of times, and got sacked a couple of times, but he made consistently good decisions with the football all night.

I seen it.
I also saw Mett and Porter get into a very visible argument (in each others face yelling) before we were forced to use a timeout because of a play clock issue in the 4th quarter.

Noticed the holding (tackle) of Rasco at the 16:45 mark. I guess holding could be called on almost every play, this blatant bullshite hold however should have been called.

Mett's demeanor overall has appeared to improve this year. He just seems more mature and focused and not quite so full of himself. Definitely something you like to see at the QB position.

Nice. Way to narrow it down for us in your link there champ.

Yes I did. I thought to myself that Mett is a great leader. His reaction and gesture will go along way in rallying his teammates around him. Awesome spontaneous reaction.

Magee with a tremendous blitz pickup on that TD play to Landry. LIKE A BOSS. the blitzer didn't have a chance

That's a team player with class.

Obviously that kind of behavior deserves an award of some type. A medal from the mayor maybe?

It's at the 2:13 mark on that link

The first time I heard LSU's press box announcer say "and Mett takes a knee" last year I was furious. Felt like he hadn't earned a knickname, like he was this loyal LSU guy.I was suspicious of his loyalty. Right or wrong I was. I am halfway there.
