I've always wanted to see the TE involved more as a receiving threat. It's been like an entire squad of offensive personnel haven't been utilized at all in the last 4 years, and hopefully Desean can hold onto the ball in the future so Mett will look for him more.

They actually threw to the TE's more than last year. Two attempted throws to the end zone. One to Smith, another to Gordon. I saw Mett looking at TE's a good bit, but they weren't open until after he threw to a receiver. They just need to get more comfortable getting opened. TCU did a good job of covering them though with their hybrid safety

I saw that, TCU's D is stout, and that coupled with the new O and all, I didn't expect much. But I have a good feeling that against UAB and Kent St, out TEs will have much more to say on the field, and that will continue throughout the season.

Yep. I was talking about this earlier. What was a top 5 secondary last year (should be at least top 10 this year), was being ate up by WRs only, two WRs at that. Cam has 11 years years straight of NFL history that points to him having his TEs and RBs, heavily involved in the passinh game. It's only a matter on time before this offense completely blows up.

A catch here and a catch there, and we are 45 points and over 500 yards of offense in the first coached game of Cameron against what was a top 15 team in Total defense. Let that sink in that these guys played in the freaking Big 12 and their defense was ranked 15 in the COUNTRY.
