Doesn't matter. I know posters here said Boutte played but he is not listed in the game participation list by LSU.

My point here in this post is that LSU has "seen the light" in recruiting similar to UK in basketball. Calapari is bringing in #1 class after #1 Class because those kids know they will play and can leave when ready or stay. LSU has seen that these young men are coming in ready to play physically and can do so in their freshman year. The LSU coaches realize which ones can leave in three years (redshirt or not) and get the full three out of them. If they RS then these same talents will only play two.
Look at Landon Collins. Do you think he would be sitting the bench at LSU three yrs out? He cant go pro because he has not played any significant game time.
