1 or 12. If you love AP and then getting another good/great back or a top WR/QB at 24/25, it's a nice way to go.

If you're not sold on AP or waiting till 24 to pick 2nd, then go 12/13. We do a reverse snake for 4 rounds so it goes 1, 24, 36, 37 as an example. The 1 and 12 spots have the advantage in a regular snake draft and I think 1 probably has the most advantage if there is a clear #1 pick.

This is my thought. If I didn't have such a clear cut number one I'd probably go elsewhere.
