Yes it is. I used to work near Johnson hall and we'd see all of the teams' equipment trucks pulling in. The graphics are awesome. I don't know much about big rigs, but the bright yellow tractor looks amazing too.
It essentially is a giant rolling billboard, and it's called "LSU 1". LINK

I hope that's a freight carrying plane with all that weight in the OL and DL. Must have special big engines to get up off the ground. I would think also the seats are specially made to accommodate wide bodies.
