If it is true, please just let it not be an LSU booster.

As far as the sum, you have to be blind if you don't think that there are boosters out there with pockets sooooo deep 1M would not even be a drop in a bucket. Many would spend that for their school to win a NC and for them to have bragging rights, especially if they helped make it happen.

But for a slow WR? For a WR period? Even if I was rich and was a bit shady I wouldn't spend 600k on a WR, maybe a QB because he could change the game or once in 50 years DE or RB, but just an everyday 5 star WR?
