I meant the WRs who are battling for the last spot on the team. Or any other position for that matter. Why would a team trade waste a pick for Tanner if they can just pick him up on the waiver if he doesn't make the team. Only way I see them making a trade is if a team really wants a player and they know he'll end up on the Saints week 1 roster.
