What concerns me is giving up 496 yards of offense, and being ran on consistently. I know it's preseason, so I'll take the wait and see approach.

I hear ya and agree with you, but going into preseason, the refrain was "just be decent on defense and we will be OK." Now, I wonder if we're getting a little greedier. Sure, the D was far from great yesterday, but they did force sorme FG attempts (including some LONG ones) and the Saints did win the "1's vs. 1's" even though Houston played their starters the whole first half. Given how good Houston is, I lean toward optimism.

Why does yardage concern you? Again, would you rather give up yards or points?
