It's usually only on menus of nicer (not fine dining) places if it's not an ethnic place. You don't see it on the Chili's, Logan's Roadhouse level of places. Like in Shreveport, where could you get lamb that's not a Greek, Middle Eastern or a fine dining place?

Mabry House always has lamb and Ernest's does a lamb special every now and then, but yeah I get your point. it's seen as an ethnic dish most times.
