re: Things to do with canned green beans

depends on how fresh they are, when they were picked, obviously.. but I think once you grab some at the store you can throw em in a airtight bag and store them in the fridge for at least 3 or 4 days. I had some butternut squash last me 10 days recently before I got around to cooking it.
