I think this means that you can use the team you chose for the mulligan round again, but you can't use a team again after that even if you get a game wrong and use your mulligan.

Anyone picked in week 2 can't be used again.
Point of order: What if you pick a team (like Norwich) get it wrong and use your mulligan.... can you pick Norwich again?
