Tim Curry - IT

Jack - The Shining

Kathy Bates in Misery or Piper Laurie in Carrie.

Honorable mention would be Jack in The Shining and Tim Curry in IT.

John Cusack in 1408.

The entire movie was him, and it's a really good movie.

Sure it has been said, but Jack Nickolas in The Shinning. The only movie made out of his books that lived up to his writing.
