Ok let's talk about 50 then, he was a lifelong Gang Starr fan growing up, I'm sure he dabbled in Big L and Rakim as well but his true inspiration came from Guru
He had a vision and a dream to continue Guru's tradition of knowledge in the hip hop game, then Dre came and offered him a record deal, so did another label too a small upstart called Duck Down who had just signed Sean Price, he took the money and never looked back and from day 1 he was a pawn to sell records and club bangers
