Why would anyone go into coaching high school or jr high? The pay is terrible, the hours are long, and the parents are all smarter than the coach anyway. The people with true knowledge of athletics go get an OT baller job, and then coach Little Johnny's USSSA baseball or Youth Football team to the World Series championship.
