GI fishing weekend after Labor Day... What to fish for?

I don't know much about GI in general but we're going the second weekend of September for a bachelor party and no one in our group fishes there. What should we target? We've got enough bay boats for everyone. I said we should go after reds in the marsh as the trouts are probably moving off the beach.
What say you OB great ones?

Trout should still be around but not in great numbers. Passes should be thick with bullreds. Cracked crab or cut mullet on a falling tide. Money

Just like previous post said, bull reds in the passes. For trout, hit the reefs in caminada and Barataria bays. Also hot the rigs in barataria bay as well. Good luck!
