Junior outfielder Jared Foster hit .373 in 16 games for the Battle Creek Bombers of the Northwoods League with three doubles, two homers, 10 RBI and six stolen bases.

Sewald made 20 relief appearances for the Lakeshore Chinooks, recording seven saves, 30 strikeouts and a 2.41 ERA in in 41 innings. Devall started nine games for the Battle Creek Bombers, recording 43 strikeouts in 43 innings with a 2.30 ERA.

BTW......Forgot one:
Sophomore shortstop Alex Bregman, the 2013 National Freshman of the Year, batted .361 in 18 games this summer for the U.S. Collegiate National Team, helping the squad post a 20-3 record. Bregman collected seven doubles, one triple, 12 RBI and seven stolen bases.
